Data protection is a matter of confidence and privacy is of great importance to STOREHUB, and will collect information only when required. 

II - Location and additional Personal Data, why and how it is collected:

Your location data will help create a smooth experience and provide trip status and history.  
There will be no Ads that will be using any data provided. Since this is a delivery application, it is absolutely mandatory that location services be collected.

For the drivers, we collect this information when the app is running in the foreground of your device only. There will never be a case when this information is collected while the application is running in the background or when the application is closed. We collect precise or approximate location data from a user’s mobile device if enabled by the user to do so.

Unless you delete your STOREHUB account and we aren’t required by applicable laws to retain this information, we will keep your information only as long as it is relevant to the purposes for which it was collected, in this case to facilitate the delivery process.

In addition to the location data, your personal identity data (first name, last name, email, phone number and contact information) is processed on the application by yourself and at your consent. 

The data is collected and considered for account management, reporting, and processing delivery requests.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

The application draws your attention to the fact that you have the right to access and restrict your data and to correct any incorrect data about you, as appropriate. 

There will be absolutely no financial transactions or financial data on this application. 

Subject to your consent, we may contact you by e-mail to provide you with details about other products and use your personal information for direct marketing related to us. You may at any time unsubscribe by sending an e-mail regarding any inquiries you may have.

STOREHUB may share users’ personal data if we believe it’s required by applicable law, regulation, operating license or agreement, legal process or governmental request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate due to safety or similar concerns. This includes sharing personal data with law enforcement officials, public health officials, other government authorities, airports (if required by the airport authorities as a condition of operating on airport property), or other third parties as necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, user agreements, or other policies.

Users may request deletion of their account and data at any time through the Settings => Privacy menu in the app. 

Following such request, we completely delete the data that it is not required to retain for purposes of regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements.
